Its menu named Nikkei Cuisine, is a sophisticated fusion of Peruvian , Spanish and Japanese cuisine! According to the chef , the Nikkei fusion cuisine combines the culture of Japan with the Peruvian culture.
The restaurant’s aim is to create culinary experiences for guests through a journey into the secrets of Nikkei philosophy.
